Criminal Original Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge / Presiding officer, Special Court for E.C and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai vide Letter in D.No.102 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020 none appeared on both sides, this Court made the following order: This matter is posted today under the caption "For extension of time", at the instance of the letter, dated 28.01.2020 received from the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC &NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai.

2.Considering the reasons stated seeking for extension of time by the trial court, this court is extended time for a further period of 3 months from today to dispose of the case in CC No.29 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai.
