ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to revise and re-fix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the post of Lab Assistant as 5200-20200+2400 G.P. Instead of 5200-20200+1900 G.P. Notionally w.e.f., 01.01.2006 with monetary benefits from 01.03.2011 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.63, Finance Department, dated 26.02.2011 and consequent on the above revision, the revised selection grade in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+4200 G.P., and special grade in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+4400 G.P in terms of letter No.57536/CMPC/2013-2 dated 25.07.2014 and pay the arrears amount by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.Though various averments have been raised in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted if a direction is issued to the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.10.2019, it would suffice.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
