ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Driver in the respondent Transport Corporation. He was issued with punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of 36 months with cumulative effect. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 05.01.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list this matter today, ie., 06.01.2026, under the caption "For Dismissal". Even thereafter, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
