: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to sanction educational loan for a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Ninety Thousand only) to the petitioner to complete his daughter 3rd year M.B.B.S./Equivalent Medical Course at QIQIHAR Medical University, QIQIHAR, P.R.China as expeditiously as possible by this Court, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018.

ORDER

The petitioner has applied for educational loan to the second respondent for educating his daughter at QIQIHAR Medical University, QIQIHAR, P.R.China. Since the loan was not sanctioned, he has approached this Court.

2. On notice, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that even though the loan application was submitted, when certain documents were sought for from the petitioner, the petitioner did not turn up, that is why, it was not processed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the petitioner to re-submit the application or submit a fresh application to the second respondent for the aforesaid purpose. On receipt of application, the second respondent is directed to complete the process, within a period of four weeks therefrom.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
