This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation had been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. The Petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate petition at later stage. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
