No.1217 of 2019 M/S.P.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in Cr.M.P.No.25/Goonda/2019 dt 30.10.2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely the Petitioner's son i.e., Vicky @ Vigneshwaran, aged about 28 years, S/o.Thesing, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 16/12/2019 (Sixteenth day of December Two Thousand and Nineteen)to the respondents R1 to R3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
