The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2024.

2. It is seen from the representation of the petitioner that it is in the nature of complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint given by the petitioner is treated as a petition and the inquiry is being conducted. Depending upon the outcome of the preliminary inquiry, appropriate action will be taken.
