: Respondents /Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018 and to appoint the petitioner as hereditary trustee in Arulmighu Muthumariamman Thirukkoil, Vallakondaapuram Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, as per the Scheme framed by the second respondent in O.A.No.9/2008/E1, dated 17.03.2009.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a limited prayer of considering the petitioner's application dated 08.10.2018 for appointment of Hereditary Trustee as per the Scheme framed by the second respondent in O.A.No.9/ 2008/E1, dated 17.03.2009.
2. Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Seeking appointment of the petitioner as Hereditary Trustee in Arulmighu Muthumariamman Thirukkoil, Vallakondaapuram Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, as per the Scheme framed by the second respondent in O.A.No.9/2008/E1, dated 17.03.2009, the petitioner made an application on 08.10.2018 to the second respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018 and after issuing notice to all the stake-holders and after providing an opportunity of personal hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
