ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14725 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with by registering FIR in Crime No. 434 of 2022. Later, the said FIR was closed as a mistake of fact and the copy of the closure report has also been served to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. 11.04.2023 NCC :
