O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner is figuring as the third defendant in O.S.No.111 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. Preliminary decree was passed on 18.12.2023. The plaintiff has filed I.A.No.17 of 2024 for passing final decree. The petitioner is aged about 78 years. As a senior citizen, he is entitled to seek speedy disposal of the proceedings. 3.It is seen that there are totally 12 respondents. Out of them, three remained ex parte. The remaining nine respondents have been served. There are three items of suit schedule properties. I direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the final decree proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the next hearing date. 2/4
