PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to issue a No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner to run a ''SPA'' and Massage Centre in the name and style of ''Sri Lucky Beauty Care and Spa'' at 17B, Pattabiran Street, Thennur, Trichy - 620 017 by passing orders on the Petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition had been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to issue a No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner to run a ''SPA'' and Massage Centre in the name and style of ''Sri Lucky Beauty Care and Spa'' at 17B, Pattabiran Street, Thennur, Trichy - 620 017 by passing orders on the Petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that when the Petitioner appeared before the first Respondent, the Petitioner had not furnished the certificates regarding the qualification to maintain a SPA. 3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to gave a fresh representation to the first Respondent along with proper certificates regarding his qualification to run or maintain a SPA (Ayurvedha Massage Centre). The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation/application of the Petitioner, if he furnished with proper certificates regarding his qualification in Ayurvedha or any other similar 2/4
Health Science and shall pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of one month from the date of receipt of a representation given by the Petitioner.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
