PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent for change of investigation in Crime No.161 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent for change of investigation in Crime No.161 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
