This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.223 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after the investigation, the matter has been referred as "Mistake of fact" and a closure report has been filed before the concerned Court.
