2.The petitioner is a landlord. He filed RLTOP No.1 of 2023 before the Rent Controller, Bodinayakanur for eviction of the respondents. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned RLTOP.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The Court below is directed to dispose of RLTOP No.1 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the next hearing date.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
