This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash impugned FIR made in Crime No.18/2022 on the file of the R1. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that during pendency of the petition, final report has already been filed by the first respondent before the concerned Court. Hence, prays for liberty to challenge the final report. 3.Considering the fair submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
