This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15340 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for for interrogation'.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a life threat to the petitioner and it is also represented that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet is filed, the said condition is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall report before the Flower Bazaar Police station, Chennai, for a period of four weeks and also attend for all the hearings without fail'.
