(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.194 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to the 3rd respondent for investigation of the case by the competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, already final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
