2. Originally this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police, now, it is stated that the investigation is completed and the charge is laid in PRC.No.56 of 2024. Since the petitioner's counsel expresses that there is a life threat, the petitioner is directed to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks, except the dates of hearings before the trial Court.

3. This petition is ordered accordingly.
