This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.322 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent to any other Investigation Officer and to monitor the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after the investigation, the matter has been referred as "Mistake of fact" and a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
