After some arguments, Mr.K.Chengiz Khan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action after arraying Syed Ibrahim referred to in the representation dated 07.02.2019 as co-respondent.

2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.

4. Permitted to withdraw.

5. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
