(Thro' VC) These Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the notice of the 1st respondent made in A2/MC12/2017, dated 16.10.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, 107 Cr.P.C proceedings initiated against the petitioners for a period of one years has lapsed and the first respondent has closed the proceedings initiated against the petitioners under section 110 Cr.P.C.
