ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to forward the complaint dated 20.09.2024 sent by the writ petitioner and other office bearers of the Trichy District Waste Paper Association (TDWPA), Registered No.SRG/Trichy/149/2023, to the third respondent for taking appropriate action.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that though the writ petitioner representing the Trichy District Waste Paper Association has given a complaint to the first respondent, there was no further action on the part of the first respondent and that the 2/4
first respondent has not even forwarded the complaint to the third respondent.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent may be directed to forward the writ petitioner's complaint to the third respondent.
5. Recording the submissions made on either side, the first respondent is directed to forward the writ petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2024 to the third respondent immediately and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the office of the first respondent.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
