ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The order impugned in the Writ Petition is dated 22.12.2020 and it has been almost four years since then. The Writ Petition is clearly hit by laches. Moreover, a decision to open an entrance of the Temple is essentially a decision that is to be taken by the authorities depending upon prevailing situation on ground. This Court cannot interfere with such decisions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
