ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the proceedings initiated against the petitioners was terminated as per the Section 116(6) of Cr.P.C., and now, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is also agreeing with submission of the learned Government Advocate. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that if any future action is taken by the respondent, he may be given liberty to challenge the same.
