O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking quashment of STC.No.209 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that considering the oldness of the matter, he has restricted his prayer and made a request before this Court that a direction may be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that because of the non appearance of the petitioner bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner and that was not cancelled sofar. He would further submit that now, the prosecution evidence is over and it was posted to questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 4.Let the petitioner appear before the Trial Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and get the warrant recalled. After recalling the warrant, let the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of 3 months from the date of surrender and recall of warrant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
