This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2017 against the proposed accused persons.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.384 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 420 of IPC, on 14.12.2017.
