ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the order dated 31.10.2019 extending the suspension period for three months i.e. from 25.09.2019 to 24.03.2020.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2018, this Court ordered notice to the respondent. However, there was no interim stay. Thereafter, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court, by order dated 12.09.2024, dismissed the writ petition for non prosecution. Thereafter, the restoration application filed by the petitioner was allowed by this Court by order dated 30.10.2024 and listed for final hearing today.

3. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Administrator of the Society has already conducted an enquiry and also removed the petitioner 2/4

from service, by proceedings dated 27.04.2021. A copy of the proceedings dated 27.04.2021 is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering this development, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 27.04.2021 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
