ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

2. Considering the seriousness of the allegation that is made against the petitioner, he has to appear before the second respondent Police, since the summon was aleady issued to the petitioner.

3. During the course of enquiry or investigation as the case may be, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of interim protection to the petitioner, since serious allegation is made against him.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
