2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner/A1 along-with the other accused (A2 to A6) were acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, by judgment, dated 16.10.2019 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.16197 of 2017 3.Perusal of the judgment passed in C.C.No.260 of 2016 dated 16.10.2019, would show that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram has acquitted the petitioner/A1 along-with the other accused (A2 to A6) from the charges levelled against them for the offences under section 498(A), 354, 509, 506(II) r/w 4 of TNPWH Act.

4.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
