2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.3, who is the wife of the petitioner, along with the respondent No. 4 is making an attempt by searching in the internet as to know how to kill her husband and therefore, sought for suitable protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that there is no complaint pending before the respondent police given by the petitioner seeking police protection, however a complaint is filed before the All Women Police Station that the unofficial respondent No.3 has taken the son of the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and the petitioner stated to have filed a HCP petition before this Court and later, it was withdrawn. It is submitted further that there is no 2/4

complaint pending before the All Women Police Station, as the earlier complaint was closed.

4.Since there is no complaint pending before the All Women Police Station as well as the respondent police station and the earlier complaint of the petitioner has already been closed, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
