ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner for registering the complaint dated 06.11.2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and after enquiry, the same was also closed. However, it is reported by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the enquiry report has not been furnished to the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, this criminal original petition stands closed, with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.OP(MD)No.16212 of 2017 is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
