This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the Final Report in Cr.No.156 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police dated 22.08.2022 in accordance with law within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.325 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithalai, dated 10.10.2023.
