ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members. 1/4
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondent is said to have removed the door put up by the petitioner by using welding machine.
3. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the parties. Since the Civil Court decree is in favour of the party respondent, the petitioner is said to have filed a second appeal, and the same is pending.
4. In view thereof, the petitioner can move an appropriate interim application in the second appeal, and depending upon the interim orders, he can seek the protection of the police, and as per the interim direction/final order that may be granted in the second appeal, the police shall grant protection.
5. With the above direciton, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
