The petitioner has challenged the docket order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District dated 06.09.2024, returning the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

This Court cannot entertain this petition, which is filed against a return. It is for the petitioner to comply with the return before the learned Magistrate.
