ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.21583 of 2022 dt.09.02.2023 U/s. 156(3) of Cr.P.C in the light of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Dilawar Singh vs. State of Delhi reported in (2007) SCC 641.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law.
