(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the case in Crime No.199 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in this case, already the investigation has been completed and the 1st respondent police has filed a final report before the concerned court and it was not taken on file. 3.The above said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
