This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to de-freeze the Petitioner's Bank account in account No.822710110014782 maintained with the third Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner is arrayed as accused in NDPS Cases and 9 cases are also pending against her.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as this Court exercising its discretion under Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot pass orders as sought for by the Petitioner.
