ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 06.11.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and advised the parties to approach before the Civil Court to seek their remedy, since the dispute among them is civil in nature and the petitioner also accepted the same. Hence, recording the same, the complaint has been closed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.
