Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first and second respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and the third respondent under the pretext of investigation in Crime No.25 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent. O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and the third respondent under the pretext of investigation in Crime No.25 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, already registered an FIR in Crime No.25 of 2019. After registration of F.I.R, the petitioner lodged a complaint not to interfere with the civil dispute.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first and second respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute, other than the Crime registered against the petitioner.
