ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day for extension of time and the letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III(CCIW), Madurai in D.No.1 of 2025 dated 3.2.2025 and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support and this Court made the following order: "By order dated 02.11.2022, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III (CCIW), Madurai to dispose of C.C.No.549 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
