Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ, order or direction or any other writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the pension of the petitioners on the basis of retrospectively promotion of their services in the post of Health Inspector w.e.f. 22.03.1989.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, Additional Government Pleader for the Petitioners, and of Mr.C.Jeganathan, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 27 this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension 3/5

of time" to grant six months time to comply the order passed in WP (MD) No. 9791 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 23.04.2024 have been complied with and that nothing remains for further adjudication.
