Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus alling for the records relating to the impugned order in Refusal No.RFL/Alangudi/104/2019 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings, dated 5.9.2019 and to quash the same as illegal and further to direct the respondents to register the adoption deed Reservation No.6(D606) in TP/71482636/2019, dated 4.9.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
