The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent, dated 19.09.2022.
2.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that since there is no interim order at the time of admission by this Court, the respondents proceeded with the enquiry and enquiry has been completed and orders is yet to be passed by the respondents and he requests four weeks time to pass orders. 2/5
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner agreed with the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and he submitted that the concerned authority has to pass orders by taking into consideration of the report of the fourth respondent, dated 21.12.2021.
4. In view of the above submissions, the respondent authority is directed to pass orders by taking into consideration of the report of the fourth respondent, dated 21.12.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
