ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the STC No. 863 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the already trial commenced and PW.1 and PW 2 were examined. He raised ground that the complaint did not contain the alleged cheque number also PW 2 happens to be Manger of the drawee bank who categorically deposed that the accounts in which alleged cheque deposited belongs to the petitioner.

3. However these points cannot be considered now, since trial already commenced and PW.1 and PW2 were examined. Hence this petition is dismissed.
