(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the case in C.C No.15 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner/A2 and the other accused namely A1 were acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, by judgment, dated 19.10.2019 and hence, the matter has become infructuous. The copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate is produced to that effect.
