2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that petitioner herein was acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy, by judgment, dated 19.10.2019 made in C.C No.294 of 2015 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment to that effect.
