(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the case in C.C No.90 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that already this court has quashed the proceedings in CC No.90 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur against the petitioners in terms of joint comprise memo, by order, dated, 27.11.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.17661 of 2019 and he has also produced the order copy to that effect. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admitted the above fact and seeking permission of this court to withdraw this criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
