2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1330 of 2017 was registered by the 2nd respondent police under section 420 IPC and after enquiry, it was closed as "Action Dropped" by 2nd respondent, on 28.12.2017 and he has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
