This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree passed in E.P.No.20 of 2021 in O.S.No.26 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, dated 16.08.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.12.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On the subsequent hearings, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournments. Thereafter, the matter was posted today, i.e., 18.02.2026. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
