ORDER

In this case the learned counsel for the petitioners was absent for number of hearings. To afford an opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.03.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, this case was dismissed for non prosecution. Subsequently, at the time of raising the Court, the learned counsel for the petitioners appeared before this Court and made a request that the parties are entered into compromise and hence the matter may be listed under the caption 'for compromise'. Hence, on his request, the case was ordered to be posted 'for compromise' on 13.03.2023. But, on 13.03.2023 also none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and hence, as a last chance, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on today. 2/4
